I had a mixed experience during my stay at Courtyard Fort Worth Downtown/Blackstone. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of downtown and close to entertainment options like Bass Hall. However, the room I was given was quite small and not up to the Marriott standards I expected. On the bright side, the staff was friendly and accommodating, which made my experience more enjoyable despite the room issues.

The room was smaller than I anticipated, making it a challenge to move around comfortably. The bathroom was acceptable, but the overall space felt cramped for my needs.

While the hotel itself lacks substantial dining options, I appreciated that there was a Corner Bakery right in the lobby and several other restaurants within walking distance.
Facilities

The amenities like the mini-fridge and microwave in the room were a great touch, allowing me to store and heat my own food. The hotel also offered a clean gym and an outdoor pool.

I had my first stay at the Courtyard Fort Worth Downtown/Blackstone, and while it offered a comfortable and clean room, the experience had its ups and downs. The location is fantastic, being close to plenty of restaurants and entertainment spots in downtown. However, I faced some issues with cleanliness in my room and some unexpected challenges with the valet service. Overall, it's a decent place if you're looking for a great spot downtown, but be cautious.

The staff was generally friendly and accommodating. However, my experience with the valet was disappointing, as they damaged my car and refused to take responsibility.

There isn't much in terms of onsite dining, with only the Corner Bakery attached to the hotel. The options there were limited, but good for a quick breakfast.
Facilities

The fitness center was usable but not great. The valet system was also a bit strange, involving an elevator, which caused some anxiety.

I recently had an experience at the Courtyard Fort Worth Downtown/Blackstone that was a mix of highs and lows. The location is very nice, right in the heart of downtown, making it easy to access all the local attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I appreciated. However, I faced several issues due to the extensive renovations. The lack of basic amenities like food service and even water for two days greatly affected my experience. Overall, it left me wanting more from my stay.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring I felt well taken care of throughout my visit.
